Recently, the shopping mall has become a very dangerous area since it is congested with pedestrians, vehicles, bicycles, motorized carts, and wheelchairs. In actuality, there already occurred collision accidents. Under the circumstance, it is urgently needed to establish safety regulations for avoidance of any possible fatal accident. We cordially solicit your kind understanding about the forthcoming traffic restriction which, we believe, will put you at ease when you do shopping or stroll along the street although some people may feel inconvenienced.
The one-way traffic regulation will be put into force in the direction from Enshu-ya and Sugiyama Cycle, stores affiliated with the association, toward the Mizuho Bank building. If you drive your vehicle in a reverse direction or toward the Nakahagi Elementary and Junior High Schools, you may endanger children going to or coming from such institutions.
Aside from enforcement of the regulation, we plan to somewhat redo the sidewalks, driveways, street lighting equipment, and so forth.
All the members of the association of storekeepers hope that you will kindly follow the regulation as an effective means for ensuring traffic safety. The date of public hearing on it will be announced as soon as it is settled.
When you wish to visit the association of storekeepers, get off the train at the Kojiya station of the Keikyu Haneda Kuko Line.
To gain an easy access to the Haginaka park, it is recommended to get off the train at the Otorii station.
If you take trains that are bound for Shinagawa or Keikyu Kiruhama or not bound for Haneda Airport, get off the train at the Keikyu Kamata station and use the express, limited-express or local train bound for Haneda Airport.
Upon reaching your nearby destination, use the coin-operated parking lot near the Haginaka street.
When you wish to visit Maruetsu or the Haginaka park by car, the parking lot assigned to the customers only is available. |
